About Us
Don Coleman, LUTCF
Don Coleman started his career as an accountant for the University of Iowa after graduating there with a degree in accounting. Following a lifelong hobby, he purchased a portrait studio in Iowa City that he operated for 17 years. In 1995 he changed professions again to help people with their retirement issues. He is licensed to sell life, health, long-term care and annuities. Don has earned the LUTCF degree.
Don and his wife Ruth, a research assistant at the University have lived in North Liberty since 1969 where they raised two daughters. Both are interested in woodworking and restoration of their home.
